Bob's Red Mill They sell all sorts of flours and grains, a number of which are GF. The GF flours are clearly labeled and their site even has a few GF recipes. |

Cafe

Flying Apron Organic Bakery This tiny bakery in Seattle's University District sells fresh vegan treats, many of which are also GF. |
Gifts of Nature, Inc. This is a brand of GF baking products that I have little experience with outside of their GF oats. Their oats are delicious—just imagine, homemade oatmeal cookies again! |
Kinnikinnick Foods Inc. I highly recommend this site for GF bread mixes and frozen foods; their mixes are the best I've tasted outside of my own kitchen. Though they are based in Canada, they ship to the U.S. and some U.S. stores carry their products. |

Manna Mills This is the best place I've found in the Seattle area to buy Kinnikinnick products off the shelf. They sell a variety of their mixes and frozen goods. It's also a wonderful market to explore for variety in GF foods. They stock GF oats as well. |

Vegetarian Society: Gluten-free Diet Information This site is based in the U.K., so some information does not pertain to U.S. medical options. All the information they provide on GF foods is accurate.
